Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your order must include everything received (user manuals, parts, and accessories). Any return found to be opened, used, or have signs of damage will immediately void the refund/exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel your order within 4 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.


Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please Sign in to your Biblical Jar User Account and select the return option for the item you wish to return, or email us at Biblicaljar7@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. The returned items should include all accessories and parts in the box as delivered. Any missing items will void the return


After Approval:

If your return is accepted, must send the product/s back to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not reimburse shipping costs.


Upon Receipt of your Return:

It may take up to 10 business days for us to inspect your item/s. After we confirm that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 10-20 business days from the date we confirm your refund to process. If you do not receive your refund after we have confirmed it has been processed and successfully refunded, please contact your financial institution.
We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse.
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollar ($USD), the same as the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates


Damages and Issues:

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurred during shipping such as dented boxes, etc. with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email us at Biblicaljar7@gmail.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Product compatibility issues
  • Products with an unusual smell.
  • Customer errors in ordering the wrong items or SKU.
  • Incorrectly provided shipping address.
  • Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Orders with Discount Coupons Applied
  • Product color is different from what is shown in the pictures

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Additionally, please be aware that a 35% open box fee will be assessed on any opened unit (per unit). A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per unit).
